Marjorie Fine

Marjorie Fine joined Shaklee in 1989 and oversees Legal Services, Government Relations, Field Administration, Product Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Risk Management. Before beginning her career at Shaklee Corporation, Ms. Fine held the position of Senior Counsel for Bank of America NT&SA and worked for 10 years at the law firm Donahue, Gallagher & Woods as an associate and then partner. She has represented the Company on a number of boards of directors, including the California Employment Law Council, the Council for Responsible Nutrition and the Direct Selling Association. Ms. Fine received her B.A. from Smith College and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law.
