Gift Recipient Return Policy

If a gift recipient is not fully satisfied, we will gladly exchange it for other Shaklee products of equal or lesser value, within 90 days of receipt of gift.

If the purchase price of the returned products is above $50, Shaklee will require that the product be returned to Shaklee before credit is issued. A Product Return Authorization number must be obtained from Shaklee for these returns, and the customer is responsible for paying the shipping cost on the return. Call 1-800-Shaklee for assistance.

BestWater^® and Airsource^® units are covered by their own special appliance warranties rather than by the standard Shaklee guarantee.
