Roxie Vogt is Vice President of Human Resources for Shaklee Corporation and a member of the Executive Committee. Since joining the Company in April of 2006, Ms. Vogt has been responsible for all aspects of human resources and talent management including practices in hiring, developing, and retaining our employees. Prior to joining Shaklee, Ms. Vogt held the position of Vice President of Human Resources for Mattson Technology Inc., a capital equipment company, supporting North America, Asia and Europe. Ms. Vogt has over 20 years of experience in the human resources field including years of consulting and a long term position at Lam Research. She earned her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Central Michigan University.
