As Shaklee Chief Financial Officer, Ed Dunlap is responsible for all financial aspects of the Company including financial and management reporting, planning, budgeting, tax, treasury, and audit. His career spans more than two decades with global experience in manufacturing, consumer brands and retail in both finance and operations. Before joining Shaklee in 2006, Mr. Dunlap was the Senior VP of Operations and CFO at Wild Oats Markets, a leading organic and natural food retailer (merged with Whole Foods). Previously he served in senior financial positions within the International Division of Gap, Inc. in both the U.S. and Europe and worked at PepsiCo for 10 years in a variety of senior financial positions in Asia and Europe. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mr. Dunlap was a Division Controller at B.F. Goodrich. Mr. Dunlap graduated with Honors from Reed College and holds a MBA from the University of Chicago.
